MY PASSION FOR GEMSTONES
Hello, my name is Róbert Avram and I come from beautiful Cluj-Napoca, the most enchanting city in Romania. As a second-generation goldsmith, I learned about the fascination of this craft in my mother's workshop. Even as a child, I knew that working with precious stones and metals would be my path. I acquired my professional qualification in Hungary.
MY PATH TO BECOMING A GEM SETTER
When I started out as a goldsmith, I concentrated on making and repairing jewelry. However, I was so captivated by the magical world of gemstones that I decided to specialize in setting them. I honed my skills at the Alexandre School for Diamond Optical Setting & Engraving in Antwerp, Belgium. I design and engrave jewelry with gemstones and diamonds and am constantly expanding my possibilities.

COURSES: LEARN TO SET STONES YOURSELF
I look forward to passing on my knowledge from now on. In my stone setting courses with the GRS GraverMax, you will learn the finer points of gemstone setting. The course lasts six days with eight-hour sessions each day. The fee for participation is 2,500 euros + VAT per person.
